Just come Along
You don’t need to be a member to come along to Evangelical Students or FOCUS. All our events are open and we welcome anyone to come along!
So Why Become a Member?
If you’re a Christian and a regular part of our group, then we’d love you to consider becoming a formal member. Unlike lots of other student clubs, membership of UQES isn’t about discounts and freebies. Instead, membership is valuable for at least 3 reasons:
- Membership expresses a commitment to the mission and values of ES and a desire to serve faithfully in the group, as you’re able.
- Membership fees help sustain the group financially. Currently, membership costs $30 per calendar year.
- Only members are able to vote at our Annual General Meeting in semester 2, where we elect our student Executive Committee.
To become a member, you need to be able to agree with the statements of belief in our Doctrinal Basis.
